White Wine
Chardonnay

Gewurztraminer

Piesporter

Pinot Grigio

Riesling (Dry)

Sauvignon Blanc

Viognier

Barolo
A respected Italian wine that is rich and robust, has an ample bouquet of ripe berries up front and rich flavours of black fruit and leather complemented with firm tannins. This full-bodied wine is excellent with grilled steaks and hearty beef stews. Includes premium American oak and Elderberries.
Cabernet Sauvignon
An easy drinking, deeply coloured red packed with juicy black currant fruit aromas. Hints of cassis and spice accented with underlying tones of oak on the palate. A great wine to match with a lengthy red meat fondue dinner. Includes premium American oak.
Cabernet-Merlot
A traditionally blended, medium bodied red with a smoky bouquet with aromas of blackberry, currents, green pepper and spice. Cabernet-Shiraz
A full-bodied blended red wine exhibiting rich black currant fruit flavours from Cabernet Sauvignon, and blue plum and spice notes from Shiraz. Merlot

Pinot Noir
An elegant dry wine with aromas of raspberry and cherry. Rich in complexity with inviting flavours full of spices and fruit with a long satisfying finish. A perfect wine for mushroom based dishes or grilled salmon.
Shiraz
A full-bodied rich, dark red wine with a spicy-berry bouquet and flavours of plum and blackberry and a bit of black pepper. This bold wine has firm tannins and guests will enjoy this red paired with juicy grilled pepper steaks, London broils or beef tenderloin. Includes premium American oak.
Trilogy
Our own unique blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. A well balanced, fruit forward wine with flavours of red berries, black fruit and a touch of spice. This wine has firm tannins and will match well with braised lamb and prime rib with portobello mushrooms.
Valpolicella
Velvety soft and round with gentle aromas of cherry and flavours of plum. This wine has a smooth texture from start to finish. Cedar planked salmon, tomato sauce pastas and take-out pizza are excellent matches for this mellow red. Includes premium American oak and Elderberries.
Vieux Chteau du Roi

White Wine
Australia Chardonnay
CRIKEY! NO WOOD! No worries, this great white will get the Sheilas Cheeky! Chardonnays unique flavours are enhanced by the rich red soils and warm Aussie sun. You'll enjoy hints of apple, pineapple and tropical fruit. A great wine with butter-soaked lobster and smoked salmon. Its even great with chicken from the barbie, smothered in a creamy alfredo sauce.
California Riesling
DUDE, THIS WINE IS NARLEY!!! If there's a wine for surfers then this is it. The warm California sun and cool ocean breezes bring out the best in Riesling (not to mention it's great with seafood on the beach!). This off-dry is a light straw colour with aromas of citrus and floral on the nose. On the palate you'll enjoy flavours of crisp citrus fruit, honey and apricots. For food pairings try salty Asian cuisine and antipasto plates.
German Gewurztraminer
GET OUT YOUR LEDERHOSEN for this off-dry white wine from Germany. A pale, yellow colour with floral, spicy aromas this wines real character is evident in the taste where semi-sweet peach and apricot flavours continue into a persistent finish. The spicy notes on the nose and tongue create an ideal match for oriental dishes, smoked salmon and mildly spiced foods.
South African Sauvignon Blanc
START DRUMMING TO AN AFRICAN BEAT! This light to medium-bodied sipper is great on a Africa hot day with its crisp, green apple flavours and refreshing finish.
